We pride ourselves upon stocking genuine systems and parts from official sources. We are officially approved by Becker, RoadPilot, Snooper, Novus, Garmin, Navman, Origin (Pogo), Magellan. Any other products that we sell are always sourced through UK distribution channels. Rest assured that ActiveGPS.co.uk will always try to give you the best price possible. After all, it is in our interests to remain competitive.

We set our prices to be competitive, however if you have seen a product cheaper elsewhere please e-mail pricematch@activegps.co.uk the details of where you have seen a lower price. Please include the price and the location. If in the high street provide business name and contact details. If online please provide link to appropriate webpage.

We regret it will not always be economically possible to price match.

A typical example: A customer requires a price match for a handheld GPS system. We check and find that the price at another source is lower than the best price we can obtain from the manufacturers authorised UK distributor. We discuss this with the Company’s UK Headquarters and discover that our competitor has bypassed the official distribution network and purchased from an unauthorised overseas distributor. You might think that we should consider also purchasing the products from the same source but we, and our customers, might find it impossible to obtain support (in the event of a fault) from the UK distributor. The third party exporting agent would possibly not be keen to become involved in warranty issues.

2.1 We provide all customers with a Price Match facility prior to purchase, subject to the limitations set out in 2.3. We price match all UK based retailers whether trading on the high street and/or online exclusively. Our price match facility matches competitors with like for like total selling price. But we will not match prices with a competitor who may be selling grey imports (e.g. goods that were not built to European/UK specifications and were destined for another part of the world) or refurbished items or is selling items that are not genuine parts.

2.2 In addition to qualify with Our price match policy, the competitor must have stock available to purchase at time of submitting a price match. The price offered must also be available to all UK consumers and not be exclusive to members of a UK based club or society, i.e. SAGA, CSMA. Additionally promotional offers/codes, not readily available to all UK consumers will not be acceptable to qualify for a price match.
